Jett Excellence has four key values:Continual Learning, Authenticity, Practicality and Mutual Respect.
Jett Excellence is devoted to organic growth. We approach work and life with an attitude of continual learning. When you are open to learning, there is a willingness to ask questions and be aware of what you don’t know as well as what you think you know. Continual learning promotes growing in healthy and sustainable ways.
Jett Excellence is authentic and down to earth. To be authentic encompasses two concepts: being who you are at all times and living what you teach. Therefore, Jett Excellence strives to be plain spoken, honest and enthusiastic. We are open to discussing any issue, no matter how uncomfortable if it will bring value to the desired outcome. Enthusiasm is not just high energy or a positive approach, but also the willingness and ability to inject some unexpected fun. Being authentic enables us to be down to earth.
Jett Excellence is rooted in reality and therefore views all work from a practical aspect. Everything we do is approached with an eye to whether it is the best solution for this particular client at this particular time. Karen’s business background enhances her ability to foresee the effectiveness and efficiency of different approaches. Above all, there is an effort to keep it simple: to search for ways to do more with less and to avoid unnecessary complications. Jett Excellence provides value and quality work by remaining rooted in reality.

Both of these values are grounded in a firm decision to work from a basis of trust and respect. We always try to extend trust before it is offered and return it when it is offered. Remaining grounded enables us to base all relationships on mutual respect.
The four key values of continual learning, authenticity, practicality, and mutual respect are the basis on which everyday actions and decisions are selected. They are what Jett Excellence stands for and what you can expect when you decide to do business with us.
Jett Excellence is committed to being authentic in all that it does. We make every effort to live those things that we teach. For example, we have created a values statement and operating philosophy and attempt every day to live in alignment with our values.
All of our communications are based on trust and respect. This means that we do not sell to others by inciting their fear. We also ask permission to market electronically and do not pressure others for their consent.
Jett Excellence attempts to keep everything as simple and uncomplicated as possible. We never make things more complex than they need to be. This means that:
o We break down larger concepts into bite size pieces that are easily digestible.
o We never use a big word if a smaller word will suffice.
We also endeavor to be as plain spoken as possible. This means being direct in what we mean and not beating around the bush. We attempt to balance the dignity of the individual with the necessity of being as honest as possible in all of our interactions. When we don’t know something, we admit it and then offer to find out and follow up. When providing feedback we remain as objective as possible and true to what we have observed while being supportive in our approach.
We honor the dignity of the individual and place that in the forefront of our thoughts as we present, train, coach, sell, and market. As no one is perfect, we forgive ourselves and others for those things that occur that do not honor the idea of organic growth. In addition, we apologize and go above and beyond expectations to make things right.
Just as a plant needs a strong root structure to grow large and strong, Jett Excellence is always aware of its roots and works to keep them strong and healthy. We are continually learning. We do not rest on our past achievements. There are many opportunities available to grow and we take advantage of as many as we possibly can. We believe that we exist to provide service to others. We grow only when we help others to grow.
In order to keep a positive attitude we also practice self-respect. In this way we endeavor to create healthy boundaries and keep work responsibilities balanced with overall life goals. Therefore, we choose to limit our accessibility to normal business hours.
In addition, when we are working with you we devote 100% of our attention and energy to you and your project. We do not interrupt our time with you to take calls, or check email or phone messages. Therefore, when we are with another client we may not be instantly accessible to reply to your concerns or comments. However, we always strive to reply to you as quickly as possible.
We hold ourselves and others to the same high-level of accountability. We only make promises that we know we can deliver. We are clear when there is a possibility that we may not be able to honor our commitments. Therefore, we only accept those clients where there is a good fit.
