Values Based Business Development

Values based business development starts by identifying the values of the organization. These values are then incorporated into your strategic planning, mission/vision statements, goal setting, company philosophy, and the creation of a flexible structure that best suits your company.

Throughout the values based business development process, feedback and involvement is sought from employees, customers, and other significant stakeholders. Information may be obtained by surveys, one-on-one interviews, and/or facilitating group conversations.

As we proceed through the process, the existing structure will be identified and evaluated. Processes and procedures will be created that are as flexible or rigid as the values of the organization dictate.

At times, personal coaching may be provided to help facilitate the growth process.

The ultimate goal of all this is to create an atmosphere or culture conducive to growth. Not just any growth, but the natural growth of your organization.

Your employees will be as devoted to the growth of your company as you are. They will understand your business’ values and goals and will work towards them independently. You will feel confident that your employees represent the values of the company to customers, the vendors, the community, in fact everyone they come into contact with on a daily basis

"You were able to accomplish in a few meetings what we have been trying for years to do: Identify our needs, set our goals, and use our resources in the service of the growth of our organization."
