Values Based Business Development

Values based business development starts by identifying the values of the organization. These values are then incorporated into your strategic planning, operational philosophy and daily business practices.

Throughout the values based business development process, feedback and involvement is sought from employees, customers, and other significant stakeholders. Information may be obtained by surveys, one-on-one interviews, and/or facilitating group conversations.

As we proceed through the process, existing values will be identified and evaluated. After the values statement is completed, an operating philosophy is created that details the principles that staff can rely on to complete their work in a way that is consistent with the company’s values.

At times, personal coaching may be provided to help facilitate the growth process.

The ultimate goal of all this is to create an atmosphere or culture conducive to growth. Not just any growth, but the natural growth of your organization.

Your employees will be as devoted to the growth of your company as you are. They will understand your business’ values and goals and will work towards them independently. You will feel confident that your employees represent the values of the company to customers, vendors, and everyone else they may come into contact with on a daily basis.
